small blue green plant that lives in water; it looks

to these algae is Arthrospira Plantensis. It appeared on the planet
around 3.6 billion years ago, and it established a bond between
green plants and bacteria. This plant is well known from years and
years and is believed to have cared for different cultures in the
history of Americas, Africa and Middle East. This plant grows in
alkaline lakes rich in minerals and it grows naturally. It can be
seen near volcanoes in almost every continent. The largest
accumulation of this plant can be found in Mexico at Lake Texcoco,
Lake Chad in Central Africa and the Rift valley in East Africa. It
was re-discovered in 1960 and since then it has been tested
thoroughly by scientists throughout the world and it is
considered
to be one of the most powerful nutrition available on the earth.
One of the best features of the Spirulina is that the
nutrients of
this plant are absorbed by the body nicely, as there is no cellulose
in cell walls of the plant. It is low in calories and fat and it is
also cholesterol free protein that contains all the necessary amino
