3 strawberries
1 cup apple
juice
2 ice cubes
½ tsp.
Spirulina
Powder
Blend
all ingredients except Spirulina.
Pour half into a clear glass. Blend Spirulina
into remaining liquid. Drizzle into center
of glass for a marbleized effect.

¼ tsp. Cayenne
pepper
1 tsp. Lemon

Combine
ingredients in blender and puree smooth. Serve in a large glass and
garnish with a lemon twist.

rice milk beverage (vanilla or carob)
